Vision Planning won an appeal for a new house in the Bromsgrove Green Belt in February 2021.
The dwelling had been refused by Bromsgrove Council, because of its impact on the Green Belt and because of highways concerns.
Although new homes in the Green Belt are normally refused, there are a handful of exceptions, and one of those is if the site is an infill site within a village. We successfully persuaded the appeal Inspector that this was the case, and we also overcame the highways concerns, so the appeal was allowed.
