The owners of the Cedars had been trying to get planning permission for a two storey rear extension since early 2017 to accommodate their growing family.

Before Vision Planning became involved two applications had been refused and one appeal dismissed.

Vision Planning was brought in to help in April 2018. We worked with the home owners to determine what they needed in their extension and with the Council to work out what they would accept.

As a result, Vision Planning obtained planning consent for a two storey extension at Planning Committee in January 2019.
