In June 2022, Vision Planning helped to get planning permission for a new rural worker’s dwelling in association with an existing rural business in Shillingstone.
Loose Reins is an existing equestrian and holiday accommodation business in the countryside.
Normally, it is difficult to get planning permission for new dwellings in the countryside, but an exception can be made if the dwelling is needed for a rural worker.
In this case, Vision Planning prepared a planning statement which, along with a statement from Reading Agricultural Consultants and drawings by Western Design Architects, persuaded the Council that the dwelling was needed, so permission was granted.
