Sayers, Great Somerford, Wiltshire

A client living in Great Somerford was contacted by Wiltshire Council about her use of an old stable building as an office and for holiday accommodation.

The Council asked her to submit a planning application to regularise this, so Vision Planning prepared and submitted a planning application to convert the stable to an office and holiday accommodation.

Permission was granted in March 2022, and the client can continue to let the building out to tourists, and use it as an office.
